{"id":1763,"date":"2022-11-02T11:14:22","date_gmt":"2022-11-02T10:14:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jenoptec.com\/?p=1763"},"modified":"2022-11-02T11:14:22","modified_gmt":"2022-11-02T10:14:22","slug":"jenoptec-a-new-eco-responsible-french-factory","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jenoptec.com\/en\/actualites\/jenoptec-a-new-eco-responsible-french-factory\/","title":{"rendered":"JENOPTEC a new eco-responsible French factory"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For JENOPTEC, innovation is a way to rethink its manufacturing processes in a more eco-responsible approach in order to reduce its carbon footprint as much as possible and more generally its environmental footprint.<\/p>\n<p>JENOPTEC has made the strategic choice to consolidate, from 2022, its activities on a single site located in Buc (Ile de France) in a brand new factory of more than 4000m2 with the latest technologies and designed around a CSR.<\/p>\n<p>For example, an underground tank located at the back of the company allows the recovery and filtering of water from our production, thus creating a closed recycling circuit saving the equivalent of 2000 m3 of water per year. , the volume of an Olympic swimming pool.<\/p>\n<p>The new building was also designed based on the Well standard, a new corporate well-being benchmark which constitutes an important performance lever and which is also at the heart of the concerns of the constituent members of Jenoptec&#8217;s management. This standard focuses on several factors:<\/p>\n<p><strong>The air<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The air quality must be ensured within the premises. This requires, in particular, taking preventive measures, purifying the air and eliminating as many contaminants present in the atmosphere as possible. A green patio sits right in the middle of our main hall bringing freshness and serenity as soon as we work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The water<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It must be of good quality and easy to access for employees. Treatment, filtration, choice of location for water points, each of these aspects has been taken into account.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The light<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Light influences the mood of employees, their biological cycle and therefore their productivity. We took care of the lighting, favoring natural light whenever possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Physical activity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The building has been designed to encourage physical activity among employees in order to keep them in shape over the long term.
