I initially worked in the field of <strong>refractive surgery,<\/strong> but eventually decided to explore a different sector. That\u2019s how I joined <strong>JENOPTEC NT<\/strong> and discovered the fascinating world of <strong>fiber optics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1><strong><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><span style=\"color: #2f73a4;\">What are your responsibilities?\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>For the past three years at JENOPTEC NT as a <strong>development engineer<\/strong>, I have served as a <strong>project manager<\/strong> responsible for <strong>product development<\/strong> and <strong>characterization<\/strong>, with the goal of ensuring performance and reliability at every stage of the process.<\/p>\n<p>Characterization encompasses all laboratory tests, whether conducted as part of a qualification process for a tender or for internal development. My role involves scheduling these tests, allocating the necessary resources (human and material), participating in their execution, and constantly seeking to optimize them, particularly through the development of appropriate tools and test benches.
