Asvinth RAGUNAN alternant ingénieur qualité

I began my career with a HND in Process Design and Product Development (CPRP), where I developed skills in metrology. I then went on to earn a professional bachelor’s degree in Dimensional Metrology and Quality through a work-study program at Laroche Group, where I worked as a quality control specialist/metrologist. Today, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) and am completing my work-study program at Jenoptec NT as a work-study quality engineer.

What are your responsibilities?

I have been with JENOPTEC NT since November 2025 and currently hold the position of Quality Engineer (work-study program). My main responsibilities include updating procedures and documentation, participating in internal audits and monitoring action plans, maintaining measurement equipment (calibration and verification), and ensuring the compliance and traceability of instruments.

What do you like most about your job?

What I appreciate most is the variety of projects, teamwork, technical challenges, and continuous learning.

How would you describe yourself?

I am persistent, calm, and determined

What drives you in life?

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym to push myself every day. I also play the piano, which helps me relax while fostering my creativity. I also love going to the movies to watch Tamil films, a passion that allows me to unwind and stay connected to my culture.

If you were a dish, you'd be...

I would be a biryani, because it’s a complete dish, rich in flavor and variety, with a blend of spices that balance each other perfectly.

This reflects my ability to adapt and find the right balance in everything I do.
