The Sales Administration Manager plays a central role in ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients. As a key pillar of the sales organization, she oversees order management, coordinates between departments, and ensures customer satisfaction. Thanks to her attention to detail and versatility, she ensures the continuity of service that is essential to the success of projects.

What is your professional background?

After earning my bachelor's degree in management, I went on to complete a work-study program leading to a HND in Management and Administration. I then joined a moving company as a sales assistant. I stayed there for nearly ten years, which allowed me to gain experience in a wide range of areas: sales, scheduling, operations, and third-party logistics… It was a very rewarding experience that played a major role in my professional development.

I joined JENOPTEC NT in 2019 as a sales and order processing assistant. In 2022, I had the opportunity to advance to the position of Sales Administration Manager.

What are your responsibilities?  

My primary responsibility is to oversee and optimize order management, while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of my priorities.

What do you like most about your job?  

I especially enjoy interacting with customers, the variety of tasks I handle every day, and the constant opportunity to learn new things.

How would you describe yourself?  

I’m thorough, dedicated, and spontaneous… with a great sense of humor!

What drives you in life?

Outside of work, I enjoy playing sports, reading, and especially spending time with my family.
