June's Featured Employee: Elsa VALTER, Key Account Manager

👉 We’d like to highlight Elsa VALTER, who has been a key account manager at JENOPTEC NT for nearly 10 years.

What is your professional background?
I joined JENOPTEC NT nearly 10 years ago as a sales assistant. I then moved on to a position as an in-house sales representative, and later as a field sales representative. For the past four years, I have served as Key Account Manager. This career path has allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the company, its clients, and its challenges, while gradually taking on greater responsibilities.

What are your responsibilities?  

My role is to support our key clients, build long-term relationships based on trust, and provide them with tailored solutions.

I find great fulfillment in my work; I love interacting with people, taking on challenges, exploring new markets, and, above all, delivering concrete solutions across a variety of sectors, including defense, industry, and the maritime sector.

What do you like most about your job? 
Teamwork comes first! I work with talented, inspiring people who are always eager to share their ideas. Mutual support and collaboration are essential at JENOPTEC NT and contribute to a stimulating and enjoyable work environment.

How would you describe yourself?  
Curious, energetic, cheerful, and determined. Even when life gets tough, I always try to stay in good spirits. It’s important to me to stay positive and keep moving forward with a smile!

What drives you in life?
I take care of myself through exercise (running, walking) and moments of relaxation.
I’m very close to my family, and I love sharing simple, heartwarming moments with them. And of course, I never miss a girls’ night out—it’s a great way to laugh and recharge my batteries!
